Our cutter “RT series” has an overwhelming production capacity and is suitable for grinding carbon fibers and raw resin materials. Utilizing Ogino Seiki’s cutting-edge technology, it produces pellet materials with a smooth cross-section. Ultra-speed cutting is possible without stopping the material feeding mechanism.
Pellets cut with the “RT series” not only look beautiful but also become easier to recycle, store, and transport.
It is completely custom made and designed and manufactured in-house based on our customers’ desired specifications and material characteristics. Our skilled technicians will be dealing with maintenance after delivery.
Our cutters are used widely, for example in grinding tire materials and recycling.
