Smooth cut surface without polishing
Ogino Seiki’s cutters eliminate cracks and peeling when cutting polarizing plates by suppressing the production of powder during the cutting process. No glue or air can enter the gap between materials. Using a 0.25mm thin razor blade allows a smooth cross-section, eliminating the need for polishing.
“N series” cutters are known for their high precision and they are optimal for cutting polarizing plates. They are equipped with a linear motor, and it is possible to set the cutting length in units of 0.001mm. It is also compatible with cutting all four sides for polarizing plates.
