High-precision cutting is indispensable for the electromagnetic steel sheets used in transformers. Ogino Seiki’s shearing cutter “AC” uses a high precision roll feeding mechanism with a servo motor and the cutting length can be set up to 9999.99mm in units of 0.01mm.
By setting the precise clearance (gap) between the upper and lower shear blades, a clean cross-section with no burrs or snags can be expected. The blades are polished at our company and can be used for a long time.
Ogino Seiki’s shearing cutter “AC” has evolved from 60 years of experience and can handle a wide range of materials, such as roll materials for long length cuts and sheet materials.
