Achieving the burr-free cutting required in the ceramic industry
During the process of cutting the green sheet, burrs are likely produced which adversely affects the subsequent process. Our cutters can cut without producing burrs using our high-precision press-cutting system. We would recommend “N series” for sheet materials and “P series” with our servo feeding system for continuous sheet materials. Both series can perform beyond the required pitch accuracy.
The razor blade, with its outstanding sharpness, meets the expectation of the great cost performance. In addition, we have a wide range of carbides that can reduce the frequency of blade replacement, making it possible to manufacture the highly durable cutting dies.
Our cutters are used for cutting semiconductor materials.
